These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of southbayautoglassco.com and to auto glass services provided by South Bay Auto Glass Co. ("we," "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

South Bay Auto Glass Co. is a mobile auto glass company based in Torrance, California. We perform windshield replacement, chip and crack repair, car window replacement, ADAS camera calibration, and related services ourselves, at a location you choose within our South Bay service area.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone, form or on this website are estimates based on the vehicle information you provide. The final price depends on the exact part your vehicle requires (confirmed by VIN), the condition of the vehicle, and any additional work needed, such as moldings or calibration. We will confirm the price with you before starting work.

3. Scheduling and work location

• You are responsible for providing a safe, legal location with enough space to work, and for having permission to have work performed there (for example, from a property manager or employer).
• Windshield adhesives require dry conditions. We may reschedule or relocate a job for rain, heavy fog, extreme heat or other unsafe conditions.
• Arrival times are estimates. We will contact you if we are delayed.

4. Insurance claims

If you ask us to bill your insurance company, you authorize us to share the information needed to file and process the claim. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amount your insurer does not pay, including charges for work your policy does not cover.

5. Safe drive-away time and aftercare

After a windshield installation, you must follow the safe drive-away time and aftercare instructions your technician gives you. Driving before the adhesive has reached its safe drive-away time, or ignoring aftercare instructions, can compromise the installation.

6. Workmanship warranty

Our installations are covered by a workmanship warranty against defects in our work, such as leaks or wind noise caused by the installation. Warranty terms are provided at the time of service. The warranty does not cover new damage (such as rock chips, cracks from impacts, accidents or vandalism), damage caused by pre-existing rust or body damage, or manufacturer defects in the glass itself, which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

7. Chip and crack repair

Repairs are intended to restore strength and reduce the chance of spreading. A repaired chip will usually remain faintly visible, and a repair cannot guarantee that the damage will never spread. If a repair fails, we will discuss replacement options with you.

8. Website information

Content on this website is general information about auto glass and is not a substitute for an in-person inspection. We may update pages, services and service areas at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
